TowDash makes getting a tow as easy as possible. Follow these simple steps to get started.
For Customers
Sign in/up on TowDash.com and enter your location and destination. You'll receive an instant price quote for the service.
Our system will match you with the nearest available verified driver. You'll see the driver's details and estimated arrival time.
Track your driver's location in real-time as they make their way to you. Communicate with them through the in-webapp messaging if needed.
Once your vehicle is safely towed to the destination, you will recieve three photos from the driver confirming the service completion. Your authorized payment will then be securely captured.
After the service, rate your driver and provide feedback. This helps us maintain high-quality service for all users.
For Drivers
Complete the driver application process with your personal details, vehicle details, license, and insurance information. Our team will verify your credentials.
Once approved, have access to jobs within 30 miles of your current location. View details including location, destination, photos/videos, and payment.
Accept jobs that work for you and click the addresses to open your devices navigation to reach the customer's location quickly and efficiently.
Safely tow the customer's vehicle to their requested destination following all safety protocols and best practices.
Mark the job as complete in the app. Payment is processed automatically, and funds are transferred to your account.
